Compliance Intelligence Platform for FinTech and Health Data

THE CHALLENGE

Compliance teams were spending significant manual effort monitoring Companies House and FCA changes, managing spreadsheet-driven workflows that were difficult to scale and easy to miss.

OUR APPROACH

We implemented a modular warehouse and BI architecture:

• Connector plugins for Companies House and FCA Register
• Raw → staged → modelled warehouse layers
• SQL transform engine with dependency handling
• Dashboard and chart builder for risk visibility
• Template tags/components for fast UI rollout

THE RESULTS

• Significantly reduced manual monitoring overhead
• Improved consistency of risk scoring and status tracking
• Enabled dashboard-driven monitoring for compliance stakeholders
• Provided a foundation for cross-domain expansion (health + compliance)
